Davide decided to retrain and become an acupuncturist, graduating from Kingston University. He established a multi-disciplinary clinic, managing different holistic therapy practitioners. It was during his time as clinical director and principal acupuncturist that he realised that he was helping his clients improve the outcomes in several aspects of their lives.

He was taking care of their physical and emotional wellbeing as well as their work/life balance. He was counselling senior executives on their career paths and helping them with their business decisions. This lead him on a journey of exploration in the world of business consultancy where he apprenticed with top consultant Damon Smith at BGU.

Since that time Davide has been helping set up start ups. He guides small, medium and big businesses turn challenges into opportunities for growth. Davide helps business leaders find inspiration and creativity. He counsels businesses from a unique perspective. Davide's diverse background is his great strength.
